1. On drawing A05 - Section 1-1_rotated technical platforms in axes P-K are drawn horizontally while in axes K-F they are sloped according to the roof slope. Should the slope of the platforms be assumed?
2. In connection with the intended use of the facility, does the Purchaser anticipate storing food without packaging or repackaging food without packaging, and is it necessary to provide additional cladding of building elements and sanitary installations for hygienic and sanitary protection?
3. Please provide the name of the supplier of mobile shelving rails or details of rail installation.
4. Please provide the Environmental Decision.
5.Please provide the technical conditions for connecting to the sanitary sewage system.
6. Please provide the technical conditions for connecting to the water supply system.
7. Please provide the technical conditions for connecting to the rainwater drainage system.
8. Please provide the floor plan.

4. due to discrepancies between the drawings and the construction description, which document should be considered superior?

2. Schematics are not necessary for bid preparation. Please submit a bid in accordance with the schedule.

QUESTIONS SET 3 (23/04/2025)
1. Should the control of underfloor and ground heating be included in the quote?
2. Should the filling of the ground heating installation and the floor with the heating medium, i.e. glycol, be included in the quote?

1. Yes, should be included.
2.Yes, the completion, commissioning and checking of all installations should be included, including the filling of the ground heating system and the floor with the heating medium.

QUESTIONS SET 4 (24/04/2025)
1. At the stage of execution of the works by the General Contractor, does the Investor envisage simultaneous installation of refrigeration, shelving and other elements of technology?
2. Will the coordination of these works be within the scope of the General Contractor? If so, what method of billing is envisaged?
3. Is the freezing of the freezer and cold storage rooms to be included in the implementation schedule?
4. Is the bid to include leakage testing of the freezer enclosure?
5. Items related to the power supply of the chargers both in the external networks and in the cable routes have been introduced into the cost estimate. This element does not appear in the design documentation. Please advise if the technical design will be supplemented with the above scope of work?
6. According to the requirements, the bid is prepared on the investor's pre-inventory. Please advise if as-built settlements are envisaged at the stage of implementation in case of significant differences in the pre-tenders?

RESPONSE SET 4 (24/04/2025)
1. Yes, the installation of refrigeration and shelving will take place in parallel, during the implementation of the project.
2. Yes, coordination of refrigeration and shelving installation work should be envisaged, with the participation and supervision of the Investor.
3. Yes. It is planned to freeze the facility and perform thermal imaging surveys by the Supervisor to locate any thermal bridges.
4. This is not required. The correctness of the workmanship will be verified by carrying out thermal imaging tests (see point 3.)
5. Yes, if an element is not included in the technical design, but is included in the cost estimate and needs to be detailed, it will be completed and described in detail in the detailed design.
6. Yes, if there is a difference, settlement will be made according to the as-built estimate.

In the item is described the entire cable assembly, which is necessary to realize the power supply from the generator, while in the item in the materials is listed the line YKXS 1x240mm2 which clearly specifies that for the valuation we have 160mb of cable line YKXS 1x240mm2, which consists of the cable assembly in question.
2The item describes the entire cable assembly, which is necessary to realize the power supply to the chargers in the outdoor area, while the item in the materials lists the YKXS 1x185mm2 line, which clearly specifies that for pricing we have 3420mb of YKXS 1x185mm2 cable line, of which the cable assembly in question consists. This item does not apply to the power supply of switchboards RŁ1 and RŁ2.

The item describes the part of the cable assembly (i.e. phase and neutral conductors L1, L2, L3, N), which is necessary to realize the power supply to the chargers in the outdoor area mounted on the facade of the building, while the item in the materials lists the line YKXS 1x240mm2 which clearly specifies that for the valuation we have 2600mb of cable line YKXS 1x185mm2, of which the part of the cable assembly in question consists.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, as indicated in the KNR according to the design, the routing of the cable line supplying the chargers mounted on the façade is assumed to be carried out inside the building.
