At Paula Fish, responsibility means specific procedures, standards, and real actions. Quality management, product safety, and environmental impact are an integral part of the Company's daily operations.

Quality responsibility

Paula Fish Sławomir Gojdź Sp. K. attaches particular importance to the quality and safety of its products at every stage of its operations – from sourcing raw materials, through processing, to the distribution of finished products. Quality responsibility is the basis for building lasting and transparent relationships with customers and business partners.

The company applies a systematic approach to quality management, based on applicable laws and recognized industry standards. Production processes are planned, implemented, and supervised in a manner that ensures repeatability of quality parameters, traceability of raw materials, and full control over food safety.

Particular attention is paid to the selection and evaluation of suppliers, who must meet specific quality and sanitary requirements. Each batch of raw materials is subject to verification, and any non-conformities are analyzed and eliminated through corrective and preventive actions.

The company continuously monitors product quality, hygiene conditions, and critical control points, striving to prevent hazards and minimize the risk of non-compliance. In the event of complaints or deviations, immediate action is taken to protect consumers and improve processes.

A key element of quality responsibility is employee engagement – through training, competence development, and building a culture of quality and responsibility at all levels of the organization.

The Company's goal is to provide safe, high-quality products that meet customer expectations and the requirements of domestic and foreign markets, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and systematically reducing environmental impact.

Environmental responsibility

Paula Fish Sławomir Gojdź Sp. K. conducts its business activities with due regard for environmental aspects and applicable environmental protection laws. As part of its Integrated Management System Policy, the Company defines courses of action aimed at limiting the negative impact of its operations on the environment, commensurate with the scale and nature of its processes.

The Company takes measures to reduce emissions related to energy consumption, in particular by investing in renewable energy sources such as wind turbines and photovoltaic installations.

An important element of the Company's approach is the rationalization of raw material, water, and energy consumption, implemented with the use of available technical solutions and the principles of continuous improvement. As far as technologically possible, the Company strives to increase the efficiency of raw material use and reduce the amount of waste generated at each stage of the production process.

In terms of waste management, the Company segregates and transfers waste to authorized recipients, and where possible and technologically feasible, also recovers or recycles it. Waste and by-products are managed in accordance with applicable law.

The Company conducts information and training activities for employees aimed at increasing environmental awareness and knowledge of applicable procedures, thereby supporting the achievement of its environmental goals.
